Terms of Service: By signing this registration form I agree to comply with the rules and sanctions of the Dunkerbeck GPS Speed Challenge (DSC) and the ISWC and confirm that I possess a valid third party liability insurance. Neither the DSC, the ISWC, any of their officials, organizers, sponsors or representatives may be held responsible under any circumstances, for any resulting damage, loss or injury, either ashore or on the water to persons or equipment. Participation in this event and in each race is at the sole discretion of the sailor and at his/her own risk. I also grant the DSC and the ISWC the rights to use any images, photos or videos of me taken during the event for the purpose of promoting this event. We might retain your personal data for internal use and communications about future events but it will not be shared with third parties.
